| At present,the continuous slagging belt conveyor system has become main method of exhausting slag for subway,water diversion project,highway,railway tunnel construction.In China,slagging belt conveyor is mainly dependent on imports,the cost is extremely expensive,so the it is very important for the research of slag belt conveyor.Slagging belt conveyor is mainly used in the long distance tunnel slagged,the problem is very prominent in start-up of traditional design due to long distance,high-power,narrow space and etc.It has been unable to meet the demand by normal design,which must be adopted the analysis and Research on Simulation technology.This paper starts with the development of slagging belt conveyor,analyzes and studies its development status,advantages and disadvantages,working principle.Then a project is drawn up,the initial data is set by basic parameters of the project,while the central auxiliary drive and controllable variable tension calculation have been solved,combined with the slagging conveyor work requirements and environment,the dynamic simulation is get by he general design method of the basic parameters.The slag belt conveyor structure is different from the ordinary belt conveyor,so before the establishment of slagging conveyor model,it is necessary to analysis and design belt storage bin,continuous conversion device,and middle support with CAD drawing,to finalize the 2D graphics of key components of slagging conveyor.And then the components and the whole machine are modeled by three-dimensional modeling and assembling through the Solidworks software.And on the interference check,verify the rationality of component design and assembly at the same time.The virtual prototype simulation is established through the ADAMS Import function into the dynamic simulation analysis software to simulate of slagging belt conveyor time curve of main points of displacement,acceleration,speed,internal tension in accelerated start-up,it is reliable for verification according to the results of slagging belt conveyor design,and initial parameters of the conventional design are optimized The establishment of the virtual prototype can be predicted in the same physical prototype condition,it also provides a theoretical basis for constructing the physical prototype,a reference for structure design,a new idea and method for the stable,reliable and efficient slagging belt conveyor.This paper has certain reference value for the research,design and development of slagging belt conveyor.The result,Slagging belt conveyor dynamic simulation and optimization,has been applied to the construction of Qinling Mountains tunnel on the conveyor belt type from ST2500 to ST2000,the power is reduced by 3 × 560 kw to 3 × 450 KW,the overall investment saved about 15% and the equipment runs well,and without any fault,meet the discharging belt conveyor design request. |
