Enameled wire is widely used in motors,transformers,communications equipment,automotive industry,household appliances and other fields.It has become an important raw material for people's production and life.With the progress of the society and the improvement of people's living standard,more and more people use enameled wire.Therefore,it is helpful to improve the quality of the enameled wire,and to provide an important reference for improving the production process and improving the quality of the enameled wire.In this paper,the quality inspection station on the enamel wire aging and testing background.This paper studies the factors that affect the aging of enamel wire,and focuses on the corona resistance test and the test equipment of the enameled wire.Firstly,the paper analyzes the structure of enameled wire,and makes clear the composition of enameled wire.On this basis,it analyzes the factors that affect the aging,temperature,humidity,radiation,chemical medium,mechanical friction and vibration,electrical and so on.In this paper,the testing methods for the aging of the enameled wire are analyzed,and the influence of the electric environment on the aging of the enameled wire is the most important factor.Secondly,the overall design of the corona resistance testing equipment of the enameled wire is analyzed.First of all,it discusses the functional requirements of enameled wire corona resistance testing equipment.On this basis,it analyzes the overall design requirements and standards of corona resistant test equipment.From the analysis of the overall design,the system is mainly composed of isolation transformer,high frequency pulse power supply,high-frequency pulse transformer,aging and thermostat test electrode etc.,and the high frequency pulse transformer is the most important part of the whole system.According to the test requirements,the dynamic control of the output frequency and voltage of the pulse power supply,the overall design of the enameled wire corona test equipment structure.The paper focuses on the design of the control circuit of the corona resistance test equipment.The control circuit is composed of the main controller,the peripheral configuration interface circuit,the drive circuit,the analog signal acquisition circuit and the power supply circuit.First of all,according to the requirements of the system function,it chose the TMS320F28335 controller.According to the choice of the controller,the circuit of the controller is designed.It is based on the use of the system requirements,fully configured JTAG,UART,RS232,SD CARD and other peripheral communication interface and storage interface.It analyzes the design of the drive unit and discusses the design of the drive unit in detail.It analyzes the analog signal acquisition circuit and power supply circuit design.It introduces in detail the device selection and circuit design of each cell structure.Finally,it analyzes the test and application of the corona resistance system of enameled wire.On the basis of the completion of the single board function test,it is used to test the function of the corona resistance testing environment.According to the test content,the electrical parameters of each phase were measured,and the corona resistance test of the enameled wire sample was carried out.
