BLDCM(Brushless DC Motor)is widely used in industry and people's lives for its merits of excellent speed adjusting performance,simple control algorithms and high operating efficiency.BLDCM plays an important part in circular air-cooled systems of refrigerators,which has a lot to do with the performance of the circular air-cooled systems.in order to reduce BLDCM's noise and vibration and improve the operating performance,which are bad influences on circular air-cooled systems,the main constraint on the noise was found by analyzing BLDCM's noise.And the permanent magnet brushless dc motor control system was designed based on researching on the major ingredients and improving the noise performance.Above all,the structure and principle of BLDCM was introduced based on consulting a large amount of documents.On this foundation,the quality data information of a company in Zhong Shan City was researched,mined and organized.According to the quality data,the logistic regression models of noise performance of BLDCM were reconstructed to real-time monitor the BLDCM's noise quality of the entire production process and forecast the probabilities of the non-conformity BLDCM's noise.In the next place,it was found that the main constraint of bad noise performance was non-ideal feedback velocity signal.In view of the problem above,a method based on adaptive noise cancellation was proposed,which applied the adaptive noise cancellation system to traditional double closed-loop governing system,to denoise the noise added to the feedback speed signal and reduce the torque ripple of BLDCM.The method was simulated in the Matlab/Simulink environment.The results show that the method was effective,compared with the typical filter.Ultimately,an BLDCM control system with low power and noise was designed based on the method above.In order to check for the method,some experimental verification were made.
