The external prestress simply-supported reinforcement technology is a new structural reinforcement method put forward by the research group in recent years.In order to make the selection of this reinforcement method more reasonable,the use of materials is more economical,and the reinforcement results are more safe and reliable,attempts are made to study the applicable law of the external prestress simply-supported reinforcement method.In this paper,PKPM structure design software is used as the calculation tool,and the uniform design principle and orthogonal design principle are taken as the theoretical basis of the experimental design.Through the establishment of the experimental model,the robustness of external prestress simple-support reinforcement technology applied to multi-storey high-rise concrete structures is studied:?1?Uniform design method was used to design the test.PKPM structural design software was used to establish the test model and its comparison model and calculate,as well as the calculation results were analyzed.The robustness of the reinforcement technology was quantified and ten kinds of influence factors were studied and the degree of influence of the factors are sorted.The results show that for the concrete frame structure,the seismic precautionary intensity of structure,the site category,the number of longitudinal span of the structure,the designed thickness of slab,the number of layers and the designed strength of concrete are the main factors affecting the robustness of the external prestress simply-supported reinforcement technology.For beams,the factors according to the degree of influence from large to small order of site category,seismic precautionary intensity,the number of longitudinal span,slab thickness,the number of layers and the strength of concrete.For the column,the factors according to the degree of influence from large to small order of seismic precautionary intensity,site category,plate thickness,the number of longitudinal span,the strength of concrete and the number of layers.?2?Exclude the four factors that have a low degree of influence from the ten influencing factors that have been studied,use the orthogonal design method for the remaining six factors to design the test,use the PKPM software to establish an experimental model and its comparative model for calculation,and data processing for the results of the calculation.Analysis the robustness of this reinforcement technology,research the influence law of structure parameters on the robustness of the reinforcement.The results show that the seismic precautionary intensity has a significant influence on the robustness of beams and columns using the external prestress simply-supported reinforcement technology,while the site category and the number of longitudinal span have a great influence on the robustness of beam reinforcement,and the plate thickness has a greater influence on the robustness of column reinforcement.?3?The results of orthogonal test are analyzed and the robust trend graph is drawn.It is shown that the external prestress simply-supported reinforcement technology is the most robust for frame beams when the structure with I1 types of site category,eleven longitudinal span number,90mm designed slab thickness,ten structure layers and C60 designed concrete strength grade needs to increase from non-fortification to six degrees fortification.When the structure with I1 types of site category,eleven longitudinal span number,110mm designed slab thickness,25structure layers and C20 designed concrete strength grade needs to increase from six degrees fortification to seven degrees fortification,the use of external prestress simple-support reinforcement technology for frame columns is most easily achieved.According to the results of the analysis of the beam and column,the external prestress simply-supported reinforcement technology is the most robust when the structure with I1 types of site category,eleven longitudinal span number,90mm designed slab thickness,ten structure layers and C30 designed concrete strength grade needs to increase from seven degrees fortification to eight degrees fortification.
