Vehicle navigation is a necessary tool for traffic in people's life.The field of navigation is one of the hottest fields of research by scholars now.The development of navigation also reflects the progress of national related technology.In this thesis,the design of low cost vehicle integrated navigation system is a research topic,which focuses on the hardware of the integrated navigation system,the design of embedded software and the research of integrated navigation algorithm,in order to meet the accuracy and low cost requirements.The main contents are divided into the following parts:(1)The research background and significance of low cost vehicle integrated navigation system are expounded.The research status of vehicle navigation at home and abroad is introduced.According to the vehicle driving characteristics and navigation needs,it is shown that this thesis will design a vehicle combined navigation with a precision of 1 meters and the error of 100 meters long road error deviating from less than 15 meters in the GPS failure.The factors that determine the low cost are clarified.(2)The basic principles of GPS and SINS are introduced,and the common GPS and SINS hardware modules are introduced.The basic principles of integrated navigation are described.The appropriate design patterns and combination modes of integrated navigation systems are selected.(3)The Kalman filtering algorithm of integrated navigation system is studied,and the loosely combined mode of the selected integrated navigation system is simulated to ensure that the algorithm can meet the expected precision requirements,and the solutions to solve the problem when GPS is ineffective are also studied.Some auxiliary methods are also studied.(4)The GNS7560 module with a precision of 5 meters is selected as the GPS module,and the JY901 module is selected as the SINS module,and the overall hardware scheme is designed.The navigation processing platform development board and other interfaces and modules are introduced,and the modules and interfaces are tested.(5)The development process of embedded software for integrated navigation system is introduced in detail.The compilation and burning of the mirror image of Android system and the construction of application development environment are carried out.The development mode of integrated navigation system software is studied.The requirement analysis and general design of the integrated navigation system software are carried out.The process of software development and the method is described,and the software is tested.(6)The experiment of the vehicle integrated navigation system is carried out.The results of navigation and positioning and other navigation modes of the integrated navigation system are compared.The error data of the integrated navigation system are analyzed.The precision effect of the final 1 meters is reached,and the other auxiliary means and work energy are also tested.Finally,the cost of vehicle navigation system is analyzed.
