In recent years,social development has increasingly relied on energy supply and demand.As people continue to explore new and renewable energy sources,they are also exploring new fields of low-carbon,economic,and high-efficiency energy through various technological means.At the same time,the concept of environmental protection and energy conservation is increasing.It is extremely important to study the energy-saving and high-efficiency power supply products.The emergence of LED in the field of lighting fully embodies the above ideas.LED is a new type of light source in the new era.It has absolute advantages in energy saving and has the ability to completely replace traditional light sources.It is an important breakthrough in human illumination exploration journey.The LED must work under specific electrical conditions to function properly and provide corresponding product features.The LED drive circuit is the core of ensuring that LED products are more efficient and reliable.Putting a lot of research into it usually yields considerable economic returns and energy-saving advantages.First of all,this paper analyzes a variety of topology combination schemes of DC-DC converters that obtain high voltage output in engineering.The working principle of each converter is analyzed concisely,and the advantages and disadvantages of these types of topology are summarized.Aiming at the problems existing in the above topological structure and combining its advantages,a new type of high-boost Boost converter is proposed.The converter is used as the power supply for the LED.The working principle of the new topology,the steady state characteristics,the characteristics in the CCM mode are analyzed,the small signal model in the ideal situation is established,and its transfer function is obtained.The operating characteristics of the new high-gain Boost converter in DCM mode are analyzed.Finally,the driver circuit of the LED is obtained to drive the LED operation.Based on the above theoretical analysis,the corresponding experimental parameters are calculated and the optimized experimental device is selected.A Boost type constant current LED driver circuit was designed.Simulate and build an experimental prototype.The experimental results verify the correctness of the simulation analysis.
