| With the accelerating process of urbanization in China,urban population is growing rapidly.Urban road traffic is increasingly congested,and the ecological environment is becoming worse and worse,which has a serious impact on the sustainable development of the city.Low floor trams are favored by big cities for their advantages of low carbon,environmental protection,large volume of transportation and low construction cost.Low floor trams are still in the initial stage of development in our country,and the market potential and development space are huge.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the dynamic performance of low floor trams.First,this paper introduces the domestic and foreign research status of low floor tram and the structure of tram.The author uses SIMPACK simulation software to establish a dynamic model of a longitudinal coupling wheel 100% low floor tram,and analyzes the guiding principle of the independent rotating wheel and the longitudinal coupling wheel.Then,the influence of the primary and secondary suspension parameters on vehicle running stability and stability is analyzed.The results show that the primary longitudinal stiffness and the secondary lateral stiffness have great influence on the train operation stability.The primary vertical damping,the secondary lateral damping and the secondary vertical damping have great influence on the running stability of the train.Using a vertical coupling independent wheel low floor tram simulation model,the stability performance and snake shape stability performance of the train under AW0 and AW3 conditions are analyzed.The derailment coefficient,wheel load reduction rate,lateral force of wheel axle,lateral force of wheel and rail and other changes of 3 line segments under AW0 and AW3 conditions are analyzed.The dynamic trend of the tested vehicle under the corresponding working conditions is obtained.Finally,a track test is carried out for a longitudinal coupled and independent rotating wheel 100% low floor tram in China.At the same time,the simulation results are compared with the simulation data.The simulation results are basically consistent with the actual test results.It provides some reference value for the dynamic performance research of this type of vehicle. |
