The bridge project generally has large span,high cost and complex construction process.The safety performance of the bridge project involves all aspects of geology,hydrology,design,construction,construction and management experience and traffic and navigation.The occurrence of a safety accident can have immeasurable consequences for cesareans and life safety.Therefore,to carry out the safety risk assessment of bridge engineering is extremely important,especially in the initial design stage,this paper relies on the Minjiang River Second Bridge for the project,based on the data of its continuous rigid frame program,its multi-level dynamic risk definition and identification,Conducted a risk assessment of the results and proposed a risk control program.The main work has the following aspects:1.Clarified the status quo of risk assessment of bridge engineering at home and abroad,and pointed out the main problems in the risk assessment of bridge engineering in China.The definition of risk,the concept of risk identification and risk assessment are given for the Second Minjiang Bridge.The methods of risk assessment,analysis steps,assessment process and risk control measures are also described.2.Through the comprehensive qualitative,quantitative risk assessment and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the risk assessment of the Second Minjiang Bridge was conducted during the preliminary design stage.First of all,identification of risk sources is carried out from risk of bridge construction,risk of structural solutions,risk of construction phase and operational phase risk.Secondly,risk factors are analyzed one by one to determine the main risk factors;thirdly,Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to analyze the main factors of each risk event and identify the main risk events that affect the preliminary design stage of the bridge project.Finally,based on the above single risk events and the risk factors in each risk event,the overall risk is evaluated Assessment,derived the Second Minjiang Bridge risk level II.3.According to the risk events in the actual project of the Second Minjiang Bridge,corresponding risk control measures and detailed control measures of major risk sources are formulated for the corresponding risk sources.4.In qianwei the Second Minjiang Bridge extra large bridge as an example,established in the preliminary design stage safety risk assessment bridge project preliminary design dynamic multi-level risk assessment model,combining with examples of evaluation methods are summarized.Based on the preliminary design phase of the Second Minjiang Bridge super large bridge project,this paper establishes a preliminary design multi-level dynamic risk assessment model for the bridge project by conducting a comprehensive risk assessment of the design phase,construction phase and operation phase,Designed the risk level,formulated the corresponding risk control measures,which provided reference for the smooth implementation of the Second Minjiang Bridge project.
