In this paper,the site overview,hydrogeology,engineering geological conditions,vegetation and climatic conditions of the Beichuan Zhonglian Cement Co.,Ltd.limestone pre-homogenization yard slope are introduced in detail.Because of the blasting method,slopes A,B,and C are formed at the leading and trailing edges of the pre-homogenized storage platform.Because the slope of the study is in the Longmenshan fault zone,the geological structure is rather unstable and affected by the earthquake.At the same time,the slope is located in the western part of the Sichuan Basin and the Longmen Mountains in the front of the Longmen Mountains.The climate is subtropical and humid.The precipitation of surface turbulence is rich and abundant.According to the site survey data,the physical and mechanical parameters of the slopes A,B,and C in natural and saturated conditions were obtained by sampling.With reference to the relevant specifications and standards,combined with the study of the geological structure of the slope and the design requirements,the stability of the slope was quantitatively analyzed by taking into account the conditions of the earthquake and the storm.The calculation of the limestone pre-homogenized storage yard slopes A,B,and C of Beichuan China United Cement Co.,Ltd.was performed using the Lizheng geotechnical calculation software.The most unstable slip surface of the slope was calculated and the results showed that the slope Poor stability,does not meet the specification requirements,need to take support measures.According to the geology of slopes in each area and the safety level of slope engineering,the slope supporting method in Area A adopts shotcrete and anchor rods,while the slope support methods in Zones B and C adopt frame lattice beams and anchor cables.The Lizheng geotechnical calculation software was used to carry out a design verification of the slope after the support measures were taken.The results showed that the slope was in a stable state and met the specification requirements.At the same time,this article also introduced in detail the main construction processes such as pre-stressed anchor cables,anchor sprays,and frame lattice beams,as well asthe quality,technology,and safety issues that need attention in the support process.To sum up,aiming at the slope of limestone pre-homogenized storage yard of Beichuan China United Cement Co.,Ltd.,according to the principle of safety,stability,and economy,and according to the different characteristics of each district,frame lattice beams,anchor rods(cables),and nets are respectively adopted.Other different measures were also used,such as spraying and protecting the surface,in all to ensure that the slope reaches a stable state.
