With the development and expansion of city,the urban traffic load is increasing rapidly.In order to meet the growing traffic demand of the city,more and more urban roads need to be reconstructed and expanded.If the urban road need to reconstruct and expand,it is necessary to analyze the traffic status and predict the target year condition of the urban road.Through summarizing the related research of urban road reconstruction and expansion project,the key problems of the earlier stage of urban road reconstruction and expansion are analyzed.It is find that the prediction of urban road traffic volume plays a very important role in the urban road construction scale and operation benefit in the future.Firstly,several main reasons for urban road reconstruction and expansion,opportunity for reconstruction and expansion and key problems in traffic prediction are analyzed.It is clear that the research focus of the paper is the improved four stage method.Secondly,based on spatial proximity description,the spatial convergence of different plots in urban areas are quantitatively described.The space clustering algorithm is used to divide the traffic area,and the same nature of the traffic block is most likely to be in the same area.For the acquisition of OD data,a method of OD estimation is proposed.Thirdly,for the prediction of traffic volume generation,the model is established by using the relationship between the traffic demand and the nature of the urban land.In the phase of traffic distribution and distribution prediction,a combined model is introduced to avoid the increasing of error in data transfer.The gravity model is used to carry out the traffic distribution,and the road resistance is calculated for the roads between different communities.A combination of capacity constrained allocation and multi-path selection is proposed for the assignment of traffic volume,and the convex combination algorithm is applied to solve the problem,which improves the convergence speed and efficiency of the model.And the road traffic volume forecast is divided into two parts: the background traffic volume forecast and the induced traffic volume forecast.The attraction of urban roads to the surrounding traffic is considered in the process of expansion and expansion,and the specific model of induced traffic prediction is introduced and applied.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the model and rationality,Xianyang city Hampyeong road reconstruction is introduced as an example.
