Study On Evaluation Model Of Utilization Rate Of Area Control Airspace

In recent years,the air traffic flow in civil aviation has been substantially increased,the airspace capacity can not meet the demand of air traffic flow.And the problem of airspace is more prominent.Assessing airspace utilization has become one of the major issues to alleviate air traffic congestion.Area control airspace is the main part of the entire control airspace.Therefore,it is particularly important to measure the use of area control airspace,which will maximize the value of airspace resources.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the operation of airspace and the concept of airspace utilization were introduced.The connotation of airspace utilization of area control was defined.Then,the method of dividing period and area was used to establish area airspace utilization assessment model.The period was divided into busy time and non-busy time.The area was divided into route intersection area and route section area.For route intersection area and route section area,the weight distribution was determined by traffic distribution.The evaluation model of comprehensive utilization of area control airspace was established.Secondly,taking the operation of under area control into account,the safety space was defined by longitudinal,horizontal and vertical intervals based on the flight path.This was called the "pipe space",and the actual space utilized by the flight was obtained.The ratio of the actual occupied space to the available space was the area control airspace utilization.Finally,in order to reflect the utilization of airspace meticulously,the change law of airspace utilization rate was proposed.Airspace utilization rate during periods was calculated by area control airspace utilization assessment model.The curve fitting method was used to process the curve of dynamic regulation of airspace utilization.
