Aiming at the problem of serious brake wear during the process of aircraft braking,the research on the optimal control of aircraft brake disc wear has been carried out.The paper takes the brake system of a certain type of passenger aircraft as the research object,analyzes the working principle,structural parameters and braking characteristics of the aircraft brake system,and the wear principle,structural parameters,energy conversion and heat transfer of the aircraft brake disc.The process is summarized,and the relationship between the operation of the aircraft brake device and brake disc wear and energy conversion in the process of aircraft brake is sorted out.The temperature of the brake disc during braking changes greatly,and the temperature has a great influence on the friction coefficient and brake disc wear.The control characteristics of the aircraft brake system and the parameters affecting the wear of the aircraft brake discs are analyzed,and the control characteristics of the aircraft brake system for prolonging the brake life are proposed.Based on the principle of fuzzy control,the control algorithm of PD braking system with fuzzy control based on slip ratio and brake pressure change rate is designed.Among them,the slip rate is regarded as the main parameter that affects the control of the aircraft brake system,and the brake pressure change rate is regarded as the main parameter affecting the brake disc wear control.Simulate the working status and working process of the aircraft brake through the matlab/siumlink.The simulation obtained the landing brake time,the braking distance,the temperature change of the brake disc during the braking process,the friction coefficient of the brake disc,and the aircraft brake disc during the entire simulation braking process.The amount of wear in the model is compared with the simulation result of PID brake control,so that the control effect of the proposed control law is verified by simulation.And the simulation results show that the PD brake control system using PD plus fuzzy control algorithm can achieve a good control effect on the dry and wet runway,and at the same time can effectively reduce the brake disc wear during aircraft braking,to achieve the purpose of extending the life of the brake disc.
