Magnetic resonance coupled wireless energy Transfer(WPT)is the wireless Transfer of energy through the magnetic field coupling resonance of the couping coil.The magnetic field coupling coefficient of the method is small and the energy transmission in the middle distance can be realized.At the system-wide level,this paper proposes a method based on WPT of MHz.From the perspective of each subsystem theory,we explore the impact of each subsystem on the overall system efficiency and propose a high-efficiency transmission scheme that is conducive to wireless energy.After comparing and analyzing the two-coil and three-coil coupling systems based on the circuit model,a three-coil coupling system model in which the source coil is placed on the plane of the transmission coil is proposed.This will improve the efficiency of the coupled system more than the two coils and it has a good balance;In order to provide power to the coupling system,this paper first presents the current classification of power amplifiers and features.A schematic diagram and a physical map of a high-efficiency Class-E power amplifier based on a MHz frequency are designed,and propose a design method for adding load pulling at the end of the power amplifier to pull the original impedance to the high-efficiency region of the power amplifier,so that The power amplifier still maintains a relatively high efficiency and satisfies the higher efficiency output of the system when the coupling coils are moved in a plane.A bridge rectifier circuit and a buck regulator circuit were proposed for the rectifier and voltage regulator circuit to regulate the system voltage.In order to make the terminal output stable power of 5V/1A,this paper adjusts the duty ratio in the chip by comparing the back-end sampling voltage and the sampling current and then testing it with the internal voltage of the IC chip,and achieves the high-efficiency output of the rectification and voltage regulation.At the same time,in order to meet the high voltage generated by the plane of the coupled coil or rectifying the back-end AC signal,a feedback voltage comparison circuit is designed to ensure the stability of the output voltage of the rectifier back-end.Starting from each subsystem,this article explores the circuit of each subsystem,and finally achieves high efficient load power output of the overall system in the plane of the coupling coil and achieves an Balanced overall efficiency.Finally,under the condition that the coupling coil does not move much,the overall wireless Transfer efficiency reaches over 40%.
