The tire blowout is a special case of traffic accident for the vehicle at high-speed,and it is easy to cause wrong operation of drivers for its suddenness and unpredictability,then,leads to traffic accidents.Therefore,how to handle the vehicles at high speed after a tire blowout has become a really important and practical engineering problem.Based on the analysis of current research at home and abroad,this paper concerned research on the establishment of the vehicle model with tire blowout,the dynamic response analysis of the tire blowout,the analysis of vehicle stability state estimation,the vehicle stability control after tire blowout etc on the basis of the E-class sedan around the theme of the vehicle active safety after a tire blowout.The main research work is as follows:First of all,the un-steady and non-linear UniTire model is developed by Simulink,which can be applied to the full condition,and the UniTire model is established according to the data of blowout and related experiments.The UniTire model is introduced into the CarSim vehicle model to build a co-simulation platform.Based on the 8-DOF vehicle model,taking the double lane change,pylon couse slalom,steering angle step input and braking simulation condition as example,this paper verifies the correctness of the UniTire burst co-simulation platform,and has laid the foundation for further analysis of the vehicle dynamic response after a tire blowout.Then,the analysis of the vehicle dynamic response in no driver’s intervene or misoperation in the conditions of lining and steering traveling after a tire blowout.On the condition of no steering input and take example of the left-front tire blowout,we simulated and analyzed the positive function of the full-wheel braking and pulse braking to the vehicle with tire blowout,and provided the reference for driver braking after tire blowout.Secondly,in view of determining the state parameters of the vehicle stability,facing to the difficulty of measuring the real-time vehicle state parameters directly,we designed nonlinear full-order observer(NFOO)based on the non-linear 7-DOF vehicle model to estimate the vehicle state and confirm its stability;then,comparing the proposed method with the UKF algorithm using CarSim.The Simulation results show that the observe error of the proposed method is less than 5%.Finally,in order to solve the problem of vehicle yaw and instability caused by tire blowout.The fuzzy PID(FPID)controller is designed to plan the steering wheel angle and replace the driver to control the direction of the vehicle.The simulation results show that the designed controller has good adaptive characteristics at different speeds,and it can quickly rectify a deviation,effectively avoid the serious consequences caused by the misoperation.Simultaneously,make the maximum deviation less than 1m.
