Zjbj company is China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Co.,Ltd.Branch,is a large-scale construction enterprises,construction units for the construction of the general contracting management services.Built in the 8th bureau general contracting company mainly to provide housing construction general contracting management service,where the building projects the proportion accounted for 50% of the total output value,the housing construction project the completion and the company's total output value and profit plays a crucial role in accordance with the duration of the contract.However,due to various reasons,resulting in a lot of project delay,how to build the project in accordance with the contract period for the completion of the project management is currently an urgent problem to be solved.This paper mainly adopts case study method of eight bureau general contracting company housing construction project schedule management was investigated.A detailed discussion of the housing problems and deficiencies existing in the progress of the project management,according to the analysis of the proposed the improvement measures.First of all,this paper introduces the built eight innings of general contracting company,the main case and real construction project general contracting management characteristics and organizational form,the article summarizes the in recent years,the company's housing construction general contract management of construction project general situation,pointed out that the project plan execution problems existing in the process,analysis of the project scheduling problem for projects or companies could cause harm.Secondly,the on the basis of relevant project schedule management theory,identify the main factors in Beijing Changping Lingxiu Valley project construction schedule as well as the key factors,namely: organization and management to be perfect and scientific project plan,supplier management is out of control.Finally,the for the real built the characteristics of general contract management of construction project,is presented to improve the company project progress management strategy,respectively: improved organization and management,improve the scientific management of time limit for a project,strengthen process management and control.Through the case study analysis,we hope that relevant research results can help to build eight bureau general contracting company housing construction project schedule management optimization,and hope to provide valuable reference for the project schedule management in the industry.
