With the development of China's market economy,the construction industry gradually entered the era of low-profit.In order to be able to foothold the fierce construction industry in the future,the more enterprises pay more attention to the construction project cost management process.In 1988,the State Planning Commission No.30 document for the first time referred to the concept of project cost management.After years of research and development,although the whole process of cost management has been gradually applied in China's construction projects,but in the application of the whole process of cost management process there are still many problems.For the SM Group in the Philippines,the Tianjie project is an important project to open the Northeast China market.SM Group China has experience in building similar commercial complex projects.However,with the intensification of competition in the construction field,the efficiency of project cost management will become a bottleneck restricting the development of the project.Based on the whole process cost management theory,this paper studies the project cost management in each stage of Tianjie project,discusses the problems in the project cost management stage of Tianjie project,and puts forward the method to solve the problem in order to improve the relevant subject interests of Tianjie project.First of all,this paper discusses the theory of project cost management from two aspects: the concept of project cost and the whole process cost management theory.Secondly,based on the introduction of SM Group Tianjie project,this paper discusses the process cost management of SM Group.Based on the five stages of the whole process cost management,this paper summarizes the current situation of project cost management in Tianjie project.Thirdly,aiming at the problems in the project cost management of Tianjie project,the countermeasures are put forward from five aspects.Finally,in order to guarantee the effective implementation of the countermeasures proposed in this paper,the paper makes a further discussion on organizational structure,rules and regulations and human resources.
