Energy is the driving force and guarantee of social development.Governments around the world attach great importance to energy issues.As a developing country and a large country of energy consumption,China's energy problem is more prominent,energy security has become a problem to be solved.The development of renewable clean energy and energy saving can alleviate the situation of domestic energy shortage and improve the environment.People have a long history of the utilization of low temperature thermal energy such as solar energy,geothermal energy,biomass energy and industrial waste heat,and the early utilization is mainly direct heating.With the rapid development of science and technology,there are many methods and technologies to use such low temperature heat sources.The organic Rankine cycle power generation technology has attracted more and more attention because of its advantages such as high efficiency of heat recovery,low cost of system investment,moderate working pressure and negative impact on the environment.This research focuses on the low temperature heat source discharged in the production process of large-scale chemical industry and petrochemical industry,and develops the development and application research of organic Rankine cycle low temperature power generation unit,mainly aiming at the theoretical analysis and project research of the sewage stripping purified water heat source below 85-120 ?.In the implementation of this project,first according to the organic Rankine cycle power generation theory,combined with the operation data provided by the project,the pure mathematics model is established,and the equipment design calculation and selection are carried out.The unit is installed in place and the commissioning is finished,and it can operate normally and smoothly.At the same time,the data of the collected parameters are compared and analyzed,and the selection calculation of evaporator,preheater and condenser is checked,and the feasibility of the whole project is verified.The organic Rankine cycle generator adopts automatic grid-connected screw expansion power generation technology.In the prophase simulation analysis and experiment,the increase of mass flow of working fluid is the key factor to improve the power generation.As the screw expander belongs to the volumetric expansion machine,the volume flow of the gas medium through the screw expander is constant,so the gas density of the screw expander needs as large as possible,that is,saturated gas is more suitable for the application of screw expander.Through the field investigation of wastewater stripping process of a petrochemical enterprise in Shandong province,the demonstration project of 350 kw low temperature generator was established for the waste heat recovery project of petrochemical wastewater stripping process.The reliability of the low temperature generator is confirmed by long-term operation.According to the running data of this project,the theoretical analysis is carried out to confirm the reliability and quasi of the mathematical model established by the project.At the same time,the stable operation of the project provides practical experience and theoretical basis for the implementation of the following organic Rankine cycle generator set.
