With the continuous improvement of aircraft performance,engine performance has become a key factor restricting the development of aircraft.As an important part of the engine,the blade plays a decisive impact on the engine’s performance.During the engine work,the blade is mainly dependent on the blade surface to fore the air compress and control,in order to achieve the thrust of the engine requirements.Therefore,the processing quality of the blade surface is critical to the performance of the engine.The blade is a typical thin-walled part constructed of free-form surface.The thickness of the blade surface is generally below 3mm,which makes the positioning of the parts difficult,low strength and poor processing stability.Parts of the material mainly is titanium and super alloys,due to its own physical and chemical properties,the cutting caused great difficulties.Blade surface curvature are different sizes,the maximum up to 30 °,making the parts of the processing accuracy is difficult to guarantee,difficult to choose the right measurement equipment.In this paper,we select a stator blade of a machine as the research object.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)For the problem of the original process line in the blade shape can’t guarantee the accuracy.Through the analysis of the existing parts of the measurement results,find the reasons.The original CNC milling body profile is divided into milling and finishing milling,and increase the annealing and grinding benchmarking process to improve the precision machining of parts after rough milling.(2)Though analysis the original CNC milling blade body surface of the tooling structure,the tooling positioning benchmarks was improved.From the original intersection plane to a parallel plane,and provides the clamping force of the parts to ensure the consistency of parts clamping.(3)The parts of the airfoil profile processing methods were studied.Through the milling test of the super alloy GH4169,select the appropriate milling parameters.And then through the part of the trial processing,the use of iterative model to modify the way to get high-precision parts model and processing procedures.And finally get qualified processing parts.(4)Through the use of contact-type coordinate measuring machine and non-contact white light measuring machine,the same parts of the measurement results were compared and analyzed.By analyzing the influence of each measurement result on the real measurement value,the white light measuring machine is selected as the measuring device of the blade.Through analysis and study the process route,tooling processing methods and measurement,then continuous improvement.Finally the paper achieves the purpose of high precision machining.For the compressor stator blade surface precision machining has accumulated a wealth of engineering experience. |
