Kitchen breeze and exhaust style also affect the kitchen smoke.The development of the times also makes people's demands for the kitchen environment continusly improved,so it is of great practical significance to improve the performance of the hood and study the analysis of the residential kitchen air distribution.The study is optimized for the prototype range hood,the prototype is optimized to make the noise as low as 64 dB(A)when designing the air flow rate of 16 m3/min.The prototype smoke machine is 65.3 dB(A)at the designed air volume.Aiming at the problems existing in the original model,the optimization scheme of the baffle is designed.Select the best optimization program trial a smoking hood for testing,the best test smoke in the design of air flow,the noise reduced to 63.7 d B(A),to meet the design requirements.At the same time the best optimization of the machine reduces the motor power and improves the total pressure efficiency.To further verify the performance of optimized exhaust hood,the paper established residential kitchen exhaust system model,using numerical simulation method for calculating the efficiency of the exhaust hood is optimized.At the same time,it also studied the effects of hoods and kitchen air supply mode in the smoke exhaust efficiency.By analyzing the concentration field and velocity field of the kitchen contaminants,we found that the form of hoods also affected the the efficiency of exhaust kitchen.Butterfly-type smoke plate to meet the requirements of the minimum amount of smoke required for the 8.5m3/min,flat-type smoke plate required minimum air flow of 10 m3 /min,and the same air volume of the former smoke higher efficiency,thus smoke hoods guide plate smoke exhaust hood relative butterfly preferred.In addition,improper cooking methods will cause fumes in the kitchen local area concentration is high,and smoke exhaust effect and the location of the air supply is closely related,when the window installation position is 600 mm in the kitchen height and 600 mm in the kitchen width direction,the kitchen has the best smoke.
