| As the application range of the axial piston pump is becoming more and more wider,the demands of users are becoming higher and higher.Nowadays,the axial piston pump is developing to the direction of high speed,heavy load and high power,and has the ability to adapt to bad environment.So it is very important to study the performance of axial piston pump.Piston,slipper,and returner plate are important parts of the axial piston pump.The three are the main elements of the axial piston pump to achieve energy conversion.The wear and failure of any part will restrict the performance and efficiency of the axial piston pump.This article takes the A4VG125 axial piston pump as the research object,and conducts study on the wear of the slipper,pull off and neck fracture of the piston,and the wear and tear of the return plate.(1)Based on the theoretical analysis of the structure and working principle of the axial piston pump,a virtual prototyping model for the axial piston pump was developed The accuracy and reliability of the model are verified by simulation.(2)After theoretical analysis of the slipper group,it is concluded that the working parameters have great influence on the force of the slipper group.Under different combinations of working parameters,the effects of inclination,rotation speed and load on hydraulic pressure pulsation in the plunger chamber,flow inflow and pump outlet flow pulsation were studied.In order to study the effect of its wear on the slipper and its matching parts,the variation law of the contact collision force and moment of each friction pair was analyzed.(3)The influence of pre-tightening force on the wear of returner plate and slipper neck,the phenomenon of eccentric wear on the slipper surface were studied.The effect of increasing the preload on the contact force and torque of the friction pair between the slipper,the swash plate and the returner plate,and the effect on the stress characteristics of the slipper and the returner plate were analyzed.(4)Based on reasonable working parameters and preload values,the influence of the cross angle on the related characteristics of the axial piston pump is further studied.The variation of the pressure-flow characteristics of the piston pump with the cross angle was studied and the stress characteristics of the piston,slipper and returner plate is analyzed. |
