| Traditional way of building heating hot water system mainly include boiler heating,electric heating,etc,which are all non renewable energy consumption.At the same time,the energy utilization rate of these methods is low,and it is easy to cause damage to the environment.As a new green energy,solar thermal utilization technology is developing maturely and stablely,and has a wide range of popularization and application.However,because of the instability of the solar energy and the influence ofvarious factors such as season,the use of solar heating needs to add auxiliary heat source.As a kind of energy saving equipment,air source heat pump is widely used in the fields of heat and refrigeration and so on.It consumes a certain amount of electricity and transfers the heat from the ambient air to the cold water end that users need to heat.The air source heat pump is used as the auxiliary heat source of the solar hot water system.When used together,the energy saving rate will reach 80% ~ 85%.It has good energy saving effect.It is the most energy-saving and the most environmentally friendly domestic hot water system.In order to solve the problem of heat supply and demand of heat pumps at low temperature,the phase change heat storage evaporative air source heat pump unit was developed in the laboratory.Adding phase change heat accumulator to traditional heat pump units can transfer heat well in time.When the environment temperature is higher than-6℃(the design balance point temperature is-6℃),the heat pump is in the heating-storaging condition,and the excess heat is stored in the regenerator under the condition of heating.When the environment temperature is lower than-6℃,the heat pump is in the heating-releasing condition.At this time,the system evaporator does not absorb enough heat,and the heat accumulator will release the heat to satisfy the heat supply.When frosting is applied,the heat accumulator will release the heat for rapid defrosting,reducing the defrost time.An office building in Shanxi,Yuanping taken as the object,this paper designs a double water tank type of solar assisted heat pump system for floor heating according to its heating demand and develops a set of matchingdistributed control system.This paper studiesand put forward the corresponding control strategy and develops a set of matching control system.Based on the design idea of distributed control,the automatic control system uses the "one master four slave" architecture and takes the STM32F103 microprocessor as the control core.This paper designs the data acquisition and output control circuit,as well as the master and slave communication circuit.The master mainly monitors the solar energy collecting system to realize the control of other valves and pumps outside the heat pump unit,determines the number of operating tables,selects the heat pump in order,and displays the data of the man-machine interface connection.The fourslaves as the controller of each heat pump unit,they automatically control the operation of the heat pump units automatically,receive the command of the main station,and send the collection data.It is tested that the heat pump COP can reach to 3.77 when the environmental temperature is 15℃,and the water temperature of the water supply tank in the heating system is basically stable at 50℃,which has good running performance and achieves the desired effect. |
