In recent years,due to the increasing energy shortage,the energy crisis has been solved.Nano generator and the development of the related devices caused the attention of domestic and foreign experts,ZnO piezoelectric coupling characteristics and the characteristics of the semiconductor,in the structure piezoelectric nano device has a broad application value.Researchers have developed a variety of piezoelectric nano-generators based on different topography,including nanowires,nanoparticles,nanorods,and so on.However,the output signal of nano-generator is generally very small,and the preparation process is relatively complicated.How to prepare the new ZnO nanostructure by new method is of great significance to the output performance of nano-generator.In this paper,a new preparation method and high frequency induction heating method are proposed based on the systematic summary of the preparation methods of zinc oxide.The main research results are as follows:Don't need any catalyst or carbon powder,in the atmosphere by high frequency induction heating for synthesis,this method needs only a few seconds to large-scale complete transformation of zinc powder and zinc oxide.By adjusting the inductance heating temperature to four acicular ZnO preparation,and through the X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)for the preparation of morphology and structure of the samples were characterized,and the results showed that the preparation of the four acicular nano zinc oxide were fine and high purity.Choose flexible substrate PET and PDMS,electrode selection of non-toxic,relatively high adhesion and flexibility,and low cost of carbon paste electrode,relative to the silver paste is expensive and adhesion on market is improved and the replacement is not high.Using electronic printing technology for mass production based on the substrate is currently not directly growth method is improved,and the operation is simple,low prices,is of great significance for practical application promotion.Of nano zinc oxide was prepared based on the four needle flexible piezoelectric generator performance testing,the size of about 32?18 mm~2 was piezoelectric power generation materials,under the efforts of irregular just by fingers press the device's output power can be directly lit 7-9 commercial light-emitting diode(LED)lights,display the output voltage can be up to 20 V,short circuit current of 300 nA,compared to before the pressure of the nano generator output voltage of 3.3 V had the very big enhancement,in the end,after 1000 presses and repeatability and durability after bending,still can work well,has a good stability.
