With the rapid development and steady advancement of ultra-high voltage transmission technology,transmission line engineering is the core of the power grid,and its safe operation is related to the development and stability of national economy.Transmission line tower is an important component of transmission line,and its security and reliability are the basic guarantee for the stable operation of power grid.However,due to the worsening of the natural environment and the continuous appearance of extreme weather,it has been widely concerned that the transmission tower can maintain its normal working status under extremely harsh conditions.Therefore,the research of the transmission tower under various complex load stress characteristics and reliability analysis of transmission line tower to ensure the safe operation of transmission lines have an important research value and practical significance.The mechanical model of the gan-type transmission tower line system is established in this article,and through the theoretical derivation,the same height tower line catenary curve,arc and line length expressions are obtained.At the same time,the effect and influence of uniform load and non-uniform load are considered.Static analysis of wires are carried out,and the force analysis and strain calculation formula of the aerial lines under uniform load and non-uniform load are obtained.On the basis of theoretical analysis,finite element analysis of the gan-type transmission line tower is carried out in this paper.According to the design specification,the equivalent density and the wind load of each interval are calculated.And the static analysis of 9 kinds of different working conditions under wind load and icing load is carried out.The displacement and deformation results of the transmission tower are obtained.Then,the reliability analysis for the tower structure is calculated in this article.The wind speed and icing on the tower are treated as input variables,themaximum displacement of transmission tower is taken as output variable.A regression function and a quadratic regression function are obtained by using polynomial robust fitting in the wind load and ice load.Based on Monte Carlo simulation,the reliability of the tower is calculated.At the same time,the correlation coefficients and reliability expressions of the cross items in the quadratic function are calculated,and the reliability of the transmission tower under different correlation coefficients is calculated.Based on the tower security features analysis experiment platform,experimental research is carried out.The mechanical properties and unbalanced tension of overhead transmission line tower line system under uniform load and non-uniform load are also studied.
