| How safe and stable high-speed train runs to a certain extent depends on the linear smooth rails and the construction of the structure with high stability and high-precision under the rails.And the fine rail finishing and precise line construction are built based on the precise surveying control network.And the precise surveying control network runs through the whole process of high-speed railway survey and design,construction and operation maintenance,and it is also one of the standards and the foundations of the management(design,construction and operation maintenance),which is very important for high-speed railway.In all stages of high-speed railway construction,the precise surveying control network has several characteristics as follow.First,compared with the traditional surveying work,it has higher precision and stronger systematicness.Second,it is time limited.Due to regional settlement,pile foundation instability,point damage and other factors,the precision of the engineering surveying network varies with time goes by which will have an impact on the subsequent use.Third,it is closely related to all the major and construction periods.Affected by the actual situation,the demands of the surveying control network and the application focus in each period are different,including the midline adjustment measurement after tunnel completed,the linear monitoring in putting up the beams of a collapse bridge and the online encryption of precise surveying network during construction.In view of the present situation of high-speed railway construction in our country,this paper discusses the establishment of precise surveying control network from the theory of network of measurement,observation and implementation to data processing and specification control.Combined with the actual situation encountered in the implementation process,this paper analyses the existing norms and problems during routine operations,and puts forward some solutions in optimal design based on the time of network construction,improving the stability of the level surveying network,and control network including benchmark,form and precision.It is of great significance to improve the existing precise surveying control system of high-speed railway and form a complete set of mature application process which will make the precise surveying control network provide better service for the investigation,design,construction,supervision,operation of the high-speed railway. |
