The prestressed concrete bridge is widely constructed around the world with its reasonable force,good driving performance and excellent durability.Bridge construction in our country,the prestressed concrete Bridges are dominant,especially our country is a large country,and prestressed concrete Bridges spanning capacity bigger,strong adaptability,widely used in the plateau mountainous area in our country,the prestressed concrete bridge in the development of the transportation in China has played an irreplaceable role.But with a large number of prestressed concrete bridge operation time of growth and material factors such as aging,prestressed concrete Bridges in different number of crack,the water enters the beam body interior,impurities such as corrosion of steel bar,cause the bridge deflection increases,bearing capacity drops,seriously affect the bridge operation safety.Due to the complex influence factors of the fracture of prestressed concrete bridge,the research on crack needs to be further studied.In this paper,the prestressed concrete box girder crack as the research object,further reading literature at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the current research status of prestressed concrete box girder crack,summarizes the prestressed concrete cracks form and the characteristics of the cracks in different position,and from load,temperature,the prestressed,shrinkage,creep,etc,analyzed the mechanism of crack formation,summarizes and discusses the mechanics characteristics of fracture,prestressed concrete cracks will eventually influence factors analysis and research,to provide some guidance for engineering design.According to the fracture problem of prestressed concrete,the detection technology of prestressed concrete cracks is summarized.The general principles and steps of fracture reinforcement of prestressed concrete bridge are expounded.The final summary and enlarged cross section method respectively,pasting steel plates,change the structure system,spray concrete reinforcement method,external prestressed strengthening method,fiber reinforced composite materials,such as strengthening methods,discussed the strengthening characteristics,process and their respective applicable scope.Combined with a three span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge crack detection and reinforcement as an example,the original structure is obtained by using the Midas Civil software,using external prestressing technology,analyses the force situation of the reinforced,eventually to carry on the contrast before and after reinforcement,assessment of strengthening effect,for the bridge reinforcement in engineering provides a effective means.
