| With the increasing development in traffic construction,continuous girder bridge of large span pre-stressed concrete,with its simple structure,great spanning capacity,and strengthened resilience,has been widely used in China.The cantilever construction method for continuous girder bridge construction is applied to shorten the construction period,but makes the factors influencing the resilience and displacement of the bridge structure more complex,thus it is necessary to strictly monitor the construction process,analyze the state of each construction stage and take corresponding measures,in order to meet the design requirements of the stress and linear variations.This article introduces the current situation of the development of bridge construction and monitoring both at home and abroad firstly,and expounds the content of the construction control and simulation analyze method.In order to analyze the stress and deformation of the bridge structure in each construction stage and get the theory body prestressing camber values of beam,the article takes the across 307(60+100+60)m grand bridge three span continuous beam in the shi ji Transport Line for a project,and utilizes Midas/Civil 2015 to establish the finite element model to simulate construction process by using the forward analysis.Second,in order to ensure the safety during the zero block construction,the article analyzes the stress of each composition bar in detail by bridge engineering software Midas/Civil 2015 which can establish zero block template and bracket structure finite element model.Finally,this paper introduces how to decorate monitoring points which used to monitor the beam body alignment and stress,monitoring contents,lists the linear and stress monitoring data of the key construction stage,and contrast the monitoring data with the theoretical value and find out the(60+100+60)m continuous beam line,stress change rule.Eventually,field monitoring results show that the(60+100+60)m continuous beam finite element model is reasonable,the temporary structure is safety and reliable,continuous beam linear and stress meet the specifications and drawings design requirements,which achieving thepurpose of the construction control and providing reference for the similar bridge construction control. |
