With the development of highway construction,maintenance tasks of highway are heavy,a number of trunk roads need to be maintained and reformed every year according to the asphalt pavement service life,the main road undertakes a lot of traffic tasks,the heavy overload phenomenon is serious,the damage of asphalt pavement is accelerated and the period of asphalt pavement overhaul is accelerated.Therefore,it is necessary and has important practical significance to carry out the research on key technology of heavy and intermediate maintenance based on G210 asphalt pavement.The causes of typical diseases are analyzed based on the investigation of pavement performance of G210.According to the investigation results of pavement structure strength,pavement damage condition,pavement quality and skid resistance,the pavement performance is evaluated,the heavy and intermediate repair plan of G210 asphalt pavement was determined,the heavy and intermediate repair pavement structure is designed,in which the basic structure of the overhaul highway is 4cm AC-13 modified asphalt concrete top layer + 8cm ATB-25 type asphalt stabilized gravel under layer + 20 cm lime-ash stabilized gravel base + 20 cm cement cold recycled base.AC-13 modified asphalt mixture is optimized,experimental results show that the AC-13 modified asphalt mixture has good road performance,the dynamic stability,failure strain,Marshall residual stability and dual strength ratio are 8440 times/min,3058(??),91.6% and 86.8% respectively under the optimum asphalt aggregate ratio which meet the requirements of specification.The research results show that the mechanical properties of the cement cold reclaimed mixture are relatively high,the shrinkage performance,the scouring performance and the water stability,the freezing stability are good,and it is suitable to be pavement base material.It is especially suitable for the cold area Highway pavement.The construction sequence arrangement principle and the construction schedule guarantee measures are put forward according to the characteristics of heavy and intermediate repair projects.The technical requirements and construction technology of the material are put forward for asphalt mixture,lime-ash stabilized macadam mixture and cement cold recycling mixture.It is expected to enhance the technical level of heavy and intermediate repair of asphalt pavement on trunk road,improve the performance of heavy and intermediate repair asphalt pavement,prevent early disease and prolong service life through the study of this paper.
