| Basically,the braking system is an important aspect of the performance of the vehicle.It is an important part of the automobile safety,which affects the life of driver and passenger directly.The reliable,stability and quality of braking system determines the dynamic performance,meanwhile,provide a reliable guarantee for the driving pleasure.Therefore,the matching of the braking system becomes extremely important.So how to improve the braking performance and reliability has already become the most important task of various research departments and the major OEM.This paper combined with the project to form an integrated developing process of braking system,including: the assessment of braking performance,the calibration,the simulation,the calculation and the prototype test etc..At first,give a specific introduction of the braking system function,evaluation index,the formula of the performance of the automobile braking system is derived.Then,Based on the force analysis of the vechile model,to attain the related calculating.According to the formula,select one researching and developing project as an example to conduct the relevant calculation and analysis.Afterwards,obtain the initial and rational designing scheme.Base upon the scheme,we could research develop the parts of braking system.Eventually,verify the braking performance through the prototype test.Overall,get a complete developing process of matching,calculating and checking,which could save the development time and development cost.Since the complete set of braking system development process is developed,braking system development process will be effective in the application of new models of the braking system development,and will provide favorable support for the development of new models. |
