With energy crisis and environment deterioration becoming increasingly severe, the aviation sector is actively trying to research new energy aero-engines.Hydrogen internal combustion engine, due to absence of carbon and its high thermal efficiency, stronger antiknock, gradually attracts people's attention. In this paper,in order to make the hydrogen internal combustion engine meets the power weight ratio of an aero piston engine, turbo charging system matching design analysis is performed.Through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation the calculation of the performance is completed.Firstly, the composition module of the turbocharged gasoline engine was analyzed, and the simulation model of the gasoline engine is built by using Ricardo WAVE software. The model is checked according to the experimental data, which lays the foundation for the establishment of the hydrogen internal combustion engine model.Secondly,in order to meets the power weight ratio at sea level, the matching parameters of the hydrogen internal combustion engine at 5200r/min and 3600r/min are calculated and appropriate compressor and turbine are selected.Simulation model of the turbocharging system and engine are carried out,and the results between simulations and design parameters were compared.Finally,two-stage turbocharging system matching design and analysis is performed for hydrogen internal combustion engine,so that it can maintain the maximum power in the 10000 m altitude. The matching parameters of two-stage turbo charging system at are calculated and appropriate compressor and turbine are selected.According to the calculation parameters the simulation model of two-stage turbocharged hydrogen engine was established.According to the simulation results, the change of engine performance and turbocharger operating condition with the change of altitude is obtained.
