| The cryogenic propellant of Launch vehicle is very dangerous,fuel adding always starts 24 hours before launch,once started,it is usually irreversible,otherwise it will cause huge losses.So stability and reliability of the control system is one of the decisive factors in the process of rocket launching.This paper put realizing the liquid hydrogen control system in the cryogenic propellant loading system as the research content,using PLC of the Siemens S7-400 series as the foundation of hardware design,the scheme,function,hardware design,PLC software program and PC monitoring software program have been finished.Redundant technology is applied design of CPU,I/O station,power supply,safetybarrier,which ensured the reliability of the equipment.User interfaces are clear and straightforward,it is easy to debug and use that used a combined regimen of process control and single point control.The liquid hydrogen control system has been tested stably and reliably in the process of real liquid hydrogen filling test. |
