The CRH1 A EMUs introduced into China has the sealed defecation irrigating and the dirt collecting and discharging equipment,with the development and progress of the times and the demands for the health and environmental protection,while the proportion of the number of dejecta collecting system with the EMUs capacity is slightly less.In the journey.And according to the relevant regulations,the fault of dejecta collecting system is calibrated as one of the faults that is not allowed to be out for operation on the line.which means that when the fault that dejecta collecting system cannot work is found in the maintenance process,the EMUs is not allowed to be out for operation if not being timely treated nor being eliminated in the operation period,and it will need to use other spare EMUs for operation.At present,the status of the unit is that all the EMUs will basically be on-line operations on weekends or holidays,that is to say,if the EMUs occurs the condition of not consistent with on-line operation,there is likely to have no EMUs for replacement,which means to face a series of adverse effects such as passengers stranded,tickets refunding and so on.The research carried out multidimensional analysis from multiple perspectives,analyzed whether there can be optimized in production operation,maintenance system and construction principle,and put forward the corresponding optimization schemes,so as to achieve the target of improving the traveling satisfaction of the passengers from the aspect of dejecta collecting system.In terms of construction theory,the composition of toilet collection system in CRH1 A MU is analyzed.Constitutions,uses of parts and locations are learned.In addition,the work principle of MU toilet collection system is studied.Through the study on composition and principle of system,it provides the basis for the optimization of breakdowns treatment.Meanwhile,breakdowns of MU are analyzed and the main task is to extract all breakdowns of MU within one year,to spend longer time selecting one by one,then extract breakdowns related to toilet collection system and get data such as the proportion of breakdowns in toilet collection system to all ones in MU,monthly average faults and vehicle average faults.From the data,it can be seen whether breakdowns in toilet collect system will need to be optimized or not.The breakdown is selected preliminarily,the major fault is confirmed,and the cause and treatment are studied.Later select the data for the second time according to the study,confirm the breakdown optimized as a key one in accordance with the frequency and treatment time.In addition,through the analysis of examination and reparation in toilet collection system and the roles and responsibilities of operators,it is necessary to understand the currentmaintenance methods and contents,whether there is any deficiencies in duties and responsibilities of operators and whether there should be inspection is not included in the scope of maintenance and the operator can work according to regulations or not.The main approach is to study the contents of job,follow operators in different positions and find out the problem from the practice.Due to the large number of MU members and the difficultly revealing problems for once or twice follow-up,it takes a lot of time to carry out many follow-up operations on various positions and find out problems.After finding the source of above problem,a feasible optimization plan is formulated.If there are more than one plan,multiple plans are analyzed to determine the best one,and the toilet collection system is optimized targetedly through the implementation of the plan.
