With the rapid development of construction industry,environmental pollution brought by the traditional construction technologies has also become more serious,which already interferes with local environment severely in many regions.Therefore,the promotion of“Green construction”,in order to lower the resource consumption and impact to the environment,has been emphasized by the society.Meanwhile,with the development of such tendency,higher consciousness and feasibility awareness on the “Green construction” has been required on constructors.This article studies on the management of Green construction,with the case study on the Economical Housing Project II in Songping Village,Shenzhen City,China.Organization of the paper is as follow: First,research background will be introduced,including the research meaning,objectives,related theories,research methodology,etc.;Next,literature review will be performed,regarding the research(both domestic and international)on the green construction,demonstrating the positive comments made on Green constructions by scholars worldwide,the factors influencing the performance of Green construction,as well as the insufficiency of current research;Finally,summarization and suggestion on improving the Green construction management will be made with the case study.Aim of this paper is to perform comprehensive study on the Green construction management and provide suggestion for future improvement.Conclusion from the author is that management during the production stage shall be given high priority,in order to breakdown the general works into more detailed tasks and transform the conventional dependency on resource into the novel mode of eco-friendly development.
