| With the rapid development of modern industrialization,the ground soil and underground water in some areas have been severely contaminated.The building foundation is contacted closely with the ground soil and underground water,so the durability of foundation concrete will be affected by the ground soil and underground water contaminated by corrosive media.Because the building foundation belongs to the concealed project,its corrosive phenomenon is not easy to be found.Even if the corrosive phenomenon is discovered,it will be far more difficult to improve than superstructure,and the corrosion destruction is often disastrous and difficult to repair.Sulfate corrosion is one of the major factors leading to the destruction of foundation concrete.Therefore,it is of great significance to enhance the sulfate corrosion resistance of foundation concrete.Due to the small dimension,nano-materials have many unique physical and chemical properties,and have become the focus of material science field.Thanks to declining manufacturing cost,nano-materials have been applied in more and more fields.In this paper,based on the unique characteristics of nano-materials,the foundation concrete with nano-particles(nano-SiO2 and nano-CaCO3)is prepared to obtain good compressive strength and good sulfate corrosion resistance property.The main contents are listed as follows.On the one hand,the compressive strength of foundation concrete with nano-particles is experimentally studied and compared with that of plain foundation concrete.Then the influence of nano-particles amount on concrete strength is analyzed,and the mechanism of nano-particles improving the compressive strength of foundation concrete is discussed.On the other hand,the sulfate corrosion resistance of foundation concrete with nano-particles is experimentally studied and compared with that of plain foundation concrete.Then,the influence of nano-particles amount and dry-wet circle number on the sulfate corrosion resistance of foundation concrete is analyzed,and the mechanism of nano-particles improving the sulfate corrosion resistance of foundation concrete is interpreted.Moreover,the life prediction model of sulfate corrosion resistance of foundation concrete with nano-particles is established. |
