| In this paper,blasting demolition of high chimney was simulated and analyzed.Demolition blasting reflects the concept of safety,environmental protection,university,economy and other modern urban development.For a period of time,the development of engineering blasting technology mainly depends on the accumulation and summarization of engineering experience.In recent years,based on the computer as the research platform,the new method of blasting technology and new technique were summarized.Then,the computer simulation software was used to simulate the implementation process of engineering blasting,so as to further optimize the blasting design and construction.It is important to know the blasting demolition of high rise tubular structures.The influencing factors during blasting demolition of the towering chimneys were studied and analyzed with the theoretical analysis,numerical calculation,numerical simulation and engineering practice experience of the related scholars summarizing.The details are as follows:(1)The notch parameters of steel reinforced concrete chimney was optimized.Through the discussion of symmetric modeling,and the method is adopted.Then,the process of reinforced concrete chimney unidirectional collapse was carried out numerical simulation.The optimum design scheme of blasting and the optimum parameters of chimney are determined.The results of numerical simulation and blasting are compared and analyzed,and the results show are quite close.(2)The time difference between blasting demolition of top and bottom notches by bidirectional blasting demolition of brick chimney are optimized.Through the discussion of symmetric modeling,the numerical simulation of double directional blasting demolition of chimney is carried out under the circumstances of extremely complex surrounding environment and insufficient space of unidirectional collapse.Finally,the simulation results are compared with the actual results,and the result shows that the error is within the expected range and the blasting effect is quite good.(3)The formation mechanism,characteristics and calculation method of the stroke load during the blasting demolition of the towering chimney are analyzed and discussed.The influence of wind load on blasting demolition of chimney is simulated,and relevant research and analysis are carried out as well.(4)The influence of chimney notch parameters on the collapse vibration is simulated and analyzed.Based on the reinforced concrete chimney demolition blasting,the symmetric modeling is adopted.By changing the chimney notch parameters,the vibration of 6points in the direction of collasping and collasping opposite direction of the chimney are simulated and tested.The results of simulation provide an important guidance for blasting design and safety protection. |
