In the recent years,both China’s high-speed railway and technologies related to it are developing rapidly.There are two kinds of track bed structures for ballastless track,one is slab ballastless track and the other one is Bi-block ballastless track.Concrete sleepers are important parts of Bi-block ballastless track and have been widely used for its advantages,such as simple structure,reasonable stress,economic investment,etc.The quality of concrete sleepers concerns the quality of ballastless track.The whole production procedures of concrete sleepers contains raw material inspection,mould procedure,rebar procedure,concrete placing procedure,steam curing and demoulding procedure.Anyone of the processes goes wrong can bring out quality problems,such as surface crack,missing edge off angle,pitted surface,etc.Due to the traditional production management pattern short of complete recording process,defects are often covered up and are difficult to be found.Even scattered quality problems are found,it’s also difficult to trace the problems belong to which procedure.Because the production data are managed artificially and is hard to form a complete database.Just like it’s hard to trace the disease descriptions if the patient without complete cases.There is no professional production and quality inspection information system used in domestic.This paper focuses on concrete sleeper production procedure,an information system for high-speed railway ballastless track concrete sleeper production has been designed and implemented based on B/S developing mode and ASP.NET.This system consists of six functional modules,such as basic information management module,plan and schedule management module,production procedure management module,finished product inspection management,invoicing management module and quality tracing management module.This paper is with China Academy of Railway Sciences and SUN Engineering Consultants International,Inc.joint research project "Information Project of High-speed Railway Ballastless Track Concrete Sleeper Production" for the subject and Information System of High-speed Railway Ballastless Track Concrete Sleeper Production(Version 2.1.2)is developed and it provides a new management mode for concrete sleeper prefabrication,quality management and tracing.This information system has been used in a pilot project in a province located in the central part of China and it proves the quality level of concrete sleeper production and the technical management level of sleeper prefabrication field.And this information system has a bright future of promotion and application.
