Distribution networks are one of most important links in power transmission.Low-voltage distribution networks connect with load.Low-voltage networks directly affect operating state and overall economic benefits.The focus of this paper is how to quickly and easily select bad operating state networks from many Low pressure platform area,and design feasible optimization program.Firstly,in consideration of the complexity and difficulty in dealing with the low voltage area problem,this paper attempts to analyze the data of a city's low voltage zones by multiple linear regression method.The aim of the paper is to find main causes of the low voltage areas,so as to take effective measures;another aim is to estimate the low voltage severity of a station.Secondly,to improve the effectiveness of data and remove bad data,data cleaning is needed.By means of the mean value standard deviation method and the four point method,replace the outliers in the data and remove the extreme value of the data.According to the data characteristics of the low voltage zones to cluster,two step clustering method divides zones into two types while K-means method gives the similar result.Thirdly,build model from the datum,considering load imbalance problem,and simulate.According to the structure optimization,form the optimization strategy of topological structure.Therefore,according to the low-voltage network evaluation algorithm and optimization strategy,easily and quickly select the bad networks,and propose scientific,economical and reasonable targeted optimization strategy for guiding the design the structure optimization program of low-voltage networks.
