With the rapid development of China's economy,the urbanization process is becoming faster and faster.The traffic congestion caused by population agglomeration and motor vehicle increase is becoming prominent day by day.Under the guidance of the national development of ecological civilization strategy,the intercity rail transit electrified railway has become the first choice to solve the traffic congestion and green development in large and middle cities.Now the technology of pre-buried channel is the guarantee of the safe operation of the intercity rail transit electrified railway contact network.Although it has been introduced into our country for a short time,it has been paid more and more attention and gradually adopted by the domestic construction company.The paper took the blue Silicon Valley of Qingdao inter-city track pre-buried channel as the research object.Firstly,the significance and urgency of the construction scheme of the pre-buried channel track were analyzed.Some advantages of embedded channel technology were introduced like cost control,efficiency improvement,quality improvement,operation safety,humanistic care and so on.On the basis of comparing the embedded groove structure with the reinforced concrete structure,the bearing capacity of the embedded channel was calculated and analyzed.The conclusion that the main failure mode of the pre-buried groove is the failure of the channel was reached.Based on the design method of ANSYS Workbench 15.0 response surface optimization,the groove structure size was optimized to save material and improve tensile ability.Through thermodynamic analysis,the temperature field and thermal strain of the channel structure after fire were determined under two conditions which are near the fire source and at a certain distance from the fire source.The results obtained are of great reference significance for the study of thermodynamic properties of the embedded channel structure.Using the Fatigue Tool fatigue analysis tool of ANSYS Workbench 15.0,the fatigue life of the optimized grooves was preliminarily analyzed,the life cycle and safety factor of the grooves under external loads were calculated,and the fatigue damage of the grooves was observed.The fatigue life of embedded channel can meet the requirement of use,which can be used as reference for further fatigue analysis of embedded channel.In this paper,the tensile capacity of 20 concrete specimens with embedded grooves was analyzed.The effect of groove wall thickness and groove depth on tensile performance was considered.The experimental results were in agreement with the simulation results.The fatigue test results show that the designed groove structure can meet the requirements of simulation and test.The research results of this paper can provide some reference and theoretical basis for the application of pre-buried grooves in the intercity rail transit electrified railway contact network and to provide the necessary experience and reference for further theoretical and experimental research.
