With the rapid development of China’s economy,accompanied by environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.In recent years,the country pays more and more attention to environmental problems.Electromagnetically induced steam generator has high heat transfer efficiency,pollution-free environment,simple control mode,compared to the traditional heating method,like burning coal,fuel heating,resistance wire heating has unparalleled advantages.In the case of energy saving and environmental protection,more and more attention has been paid to the environmental problems.miniaturization,low cost,pollution-free environment,a safe and reliable electromagnetic induction steam generator,the application will become more and more widespread.The above advantages of electromagnetic induction steam generator,the following research is based on the electromagnetic induction steam generator:One,Based on Maxwell simulation software,optimization design of electromagnetic induction steam generator,the influence of boiler material and coil structure on boiler steam efficiency is explored.Second,replacing high temperature coil with hollow brass coil,design of cooling cycle route,the temperature of the electromagnetic induction coil is reduced.Explore the influence of two different materials on steam efficiency of boiler,comparison between simulation and experiment:a boiler compared to a stainless steel,better boiler steam efficiency with carbon steel as material;Design of three kinds of coils with different turn distance structures,comparison between simulation and experiment:Under the same conditions,the structure of electromagnetic induction coil with double turn distance is better.Third,based on Maxwell simulation software,to explore the shielding of the boiler with aluminum shell,manganese zinc magnetic strip,manganese zinc magnetic strip and aluminum skin,eddy current loss change of external shell(Ban Jin),combined with experimental comparison:composite materials are compared to a single material,better shielding effectiveness for electromagnetic induction boiler,easier to reduce the temperature of the external shell of the boiler(Ban Jin),and combined with the characteristics of electromagnetic induction boiler,the design of electromagnetic shielding cover for electromagnetic induction steam boiler.Fourth,on the basis of the above research,design a new type of electromagnetic induction steam generator,spray electromagnetic induction steam generator,and to the boiler body part,head part,design calculation and strength checking of nozzle part.And the experiment shows that:the steam quantity is higher than that of electromagnetic induction steam generator,suitable for extension.
