Based on a comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign oil analysis technologies and state monitoring of machinery and equipment,a systematic study of the degradation law of passenger cars with different performance levels was carried out and a prediction model of the oil change period was studied.The research content has important theoretical and practical value for quality control of passenger cars and engine tribology design and condition monitoring.It has important guiding significance for the maintenance and repair of passenger vehicles,and can lay a foundation for the analysis of oil solutions for commercial vehicles.Three SVW71612 BS Shanghai Volkswagen new Santana cars were selected as the research object in the article.Using the CSI 5200 three-vector oil analyzer,the passenger car takes oil every 1,000 km,and multiplies the wear,pollution degree,and oil quality.Car engine oil quality for rapid detection.Testing the oil viscosity,dielectric constant,water content,particle number and other performance indicators,from the three dimensions of oil quality,pollution degree,and wear to study the law of quality degradation of passenger car oil;analyze the principle of gray linear regression combination model,and In the evaluation of deterioration of passenger car oil quality,the model predicts the service life of passenger car oil,which provides a basis for quality replacement of engine oil and avoidance of abnormal engine wear.The research results show that with the increase of passenger car mileage,the engine oil does not contain water,the dielectric constant and viscosity increase slightly,but the change is not significant;the 5~15 ?m particle content changes significantly and obviously,and can be used as a monitoring engine.The important indicators of wear and the main indicators of whether the oil needs to be replaced are the same as the variation trend of the particle content at other scales and the variation trend of the 5~15 ?m particle content,but the change rule is different;the cleanliness analysis shows that the oil is currently clean22/19 need to be replaced with oil;the debris analysis sample shows that the particle size of the oil is smaller and the number is smaller,indicating that the engine has notexperienced severe wear.By establishing a grey linear regression combination model to predict the variation of5~15 ?m particle content in the passenger car engine oil,the predicted value of the grey linear regression combination model is more accurate and more consistent with the actual than the single model prediction value,and can be applied to it.To study the law of deterioration of passenger car oil quality.Through the analysis of cleanliness level and ISO4406 pollution degree,combined with the combined model prediction,passenger cars 1,2and 3 did not meet the oil change standard when driving to 5000 km.At this time,the oil change caused a waste of oil,which should be based on the oil The degree of quality deterioration is appropriately extended during the oil change period to achieve oil change by quality.
