Distribution network is an important part of connecting power users and power supply systems.With the expansion of the power grid scale and the automation of distribution equipment,the distribution network structure has also become complicated,the overhaul task is heavy,and the traditional aftercare and regular maintenance modes can’t meet the distribution network operating reliability requirements,with the development of computer technology and artificial intelligence technology,condition based maintenance will replace traditional maintenance,The research content of this paper has very important significance.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)For failure rate prediction of power distribution equipment,taking into account the relationship between equipment status and failure rate,Fitting the equipment state sample data can obtain a state-based equipment failure rate curve;for the historical failure data,the ant colony algorithm is added Weibull distribution parameter maximum likelihood estimation,so as to obtain the failure rate curve parameters.Combining the retirement age factor and the failure rate increment factor under the maintenance effect,Finally,the failure rate of the repaired equipment is obtained.(2)For the establishment of the condition maintenance model of power distribution equipment,firstly,a state maintenance model based on the minimum cost is studied and established.Through the example calculation,It is found that the model has a long remaining time and cannot guarantee the reliability of the equipment within the overhaul period,and then improve the model,the equipment reliability is introduced into the constraints of the model,and the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the model,obtain the maintenance period interval under different equipment reliability.The model is proved by examples.Effectiveness.(3)Finally,according to the research results,distribution network maintenance schedule optimization software was designed and developed.The system adopts the C/S structure,and it has the functions of the management information of the distribution equipment,equipment reliability analysis and equipment maintenance planning decision..It can provide data support for the maintenance and repair management personnel of the power distribution maintenance.
