In the digital coordination of intersection assembly of aircraft component,the application of advanced digital measurement equipment based on pointmeasurement mode is more and more widely used.Based on the Tolerance-Map(T-Map)theory,this dissertation take axes of intersection of component as the research object,deeply studies the digital assembly coordination method of aircraft component from the aspects of feature expression,tolerance modeling,tolerance accumulation,tolerance distribution and tolerance conversion.Through the construction of T-Map tolerance model for component coordination analysis and application and tolerances redesign after datum transformations of component assembly.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the research status and characteristics of T-Map tolerance model are introduced through the development of Computer-Aided Tolerancing(CAT)technology and the research status of tolerance modeling and analysis.At the same time,the key technologies of digital assembly coordination of aircraft component related to the research contents of this paper are introduced.The relationship between feature,tolerance zone and T-Map is analyzed through the expression of features,the classification of tolerance zone and the mathematical expression of tolerance zone.The features expression method based on T-Map is proposed.Secondly,the T-Map of intersection axis is constructed by using feature expression method based on T-Map according to the assembly features of aircraft component.The construction of T-Map of intersection axis is divided into three models of intersection axis tolerance zone modeling,construction of intersection axis T-Map and dimension reduction analysis of intersection axis T-Map.So,two-dimensional and three-dimensional spatial domains with fluctuation deviation of intersection axis are obtained.Then,a new method of digital assembly coordination of aircraft component intersection based on T-Map is proposed.The application research of T-Map in assembly coordination base on intersection axes.The tolerance of the features are accumulated and the accumulate T-Map of the coordination elements are obtained through the unification of the T-Maps of each assembly features.The two-dimensional and three-dimensional spatial domains with fluctuation deviation of coordination elements are obtained through the dimension reduction analysis of acumulative T-Map.The example application analysis is carried out with the fork-ear type fuselage-wing docking.Finally,a tolerance conversion method based on T-Map is proposed.The datum transformation model of intersection axes are constructed by analyzing the GD&T information before and after datum transformation,and reconstruct the transformed T-Map of the intersection axes based on the datum transformation model.The accumulate T-Map is constructed from the transformed T-Map accumulation.The accumulate T-Map minimum constraints are obtained by the relationship between the two-dimensional spatial domain of accumulate T-Map and the two-dimensional spatial domains of the T-Map before datum transformation.According to these conditions to get the relationship of tolerance conversion based on T-Map.And an example is introduced to solve for tolerance conversion.
