Since the Slurry Balance Shield was used for tunnel construction for the first time by ShangHai from 1990 s,Cities such as Wuhan,Nanjing,and Guangzhou have been widely used in the construction of water-rich stratums and cross-buildings with strict control over stratum,The common features of such projects are complex geology and high engineering safety risks.The problems need to be solved in construction.One part is that overcomes the complex geological conditions to ensure construction safety,the other one is that ensures the structural safety of surrounding buildings(structures).For the processing of underground obstacles such as building foundations,There already have been a few successful cases at home and abroad where earth pressure Shield machines had cut through directly.However,the use of a slime Shield machine passed through directly was very little.Nanchang Metro Line 2 Phase 1 of Intermediate air shaft ~ Yangming Park Station was used Slurry Balance Shield machines to Crosses Bayi Bridge whose Group Pile Foundation is Diameter D=1200-1500 mm.It is the first time in the country that the Shield pile cutters and cutters are used to remove the bridge pile foundation and ensure the stability of the stratum and the safety of the upper bridge structure.which provides abundant conditions for studying the construction method of Slurry Shields machine.this article started a study that the construction of a Slurry Shield machine psses through a building by combining the engineering practice.Acquired the condition of the requirements where the Slurry Shields machine removes the underground obstacles and changing rules during the removal process to achieve the goal of expanding Slurry Shield machine's scope of application.This article uses finite element,comparison,examples and other methods for analysis and research.Unfolding the discussion that accords to the characteristics of the project and the controlling points of the Slurry Shield machine crossing the building.First,according to the impact of the Shield machine passing through the building,the research status at home and abroad is introduced.Leading the author combined with the engineering characteristics of this project on the using type determination of the Shield machine,adaptability analysis of the cutting pile cutter head and plate tool,adaptability of the shield equipment research;then it isin the cases where is in-depth analysis of the hydrogeological conditions in the intermediate air craft-Yangming Park area and the situation of the Bayi Bridge pile foundation,Analysis and Study on the changing rule of the driving parameters and the monitoring of the surrounding environment protection in the cutting process of the Slurry Shield machine.Based on the research results,it is concluded that the Slurry Shield Machine has more advantages in dealing with such underground obstacles and has obvious economic and social benefits.The article discusses the key points such as the affecting factors of the cutting piles in the Slurry Shield machine,and the controll of the cutting process.which fully demonstrates the working characteristics of the Slurry Shield machine across the bridge pile and proves the superiority and adaptability of the Slurry Shield machine,providing a certain reference value for similar projects.
