The bridge is a man-made structure spanning the natural barrier of rivers,lakes,seas,deep canyons and so on.It is an important guarantee for the development of national economy and the safety of social life.As one of the important construction methods of the bridge formed by stages,the incremental launching method has been applied more and more widely because of its unique advantages.Based on Fuxian pipe gallery bridge across the river second(42+48+48)m steel truss continuous beam jacking construction,The internal force and deformation of the main beam during the jacking construction of the bridge are collected.According to the structural characteristics and the concrete construction process of the bridge,the finite element model of the whole bridge is established based on MIDAS,and the stress and deformation of the structure during the construction stage are analyzed,and compared with the monitoring data.The specific research contents are as follow:(1)INV3062C network distributed acquisition analyzer,INV1861 A portable 8 channel strain conditioner,KSI-408S65 tool type strain sensor to establish process monitoring system based on construction,provide convenience for data acquisition in incrementallaunching construction;(2)The establishment of Fuxian river bridge pipe gallery second(42+48+48)m process model of pushing steel truss continuous beam,stress and deflection of main girder change characteristics to be of steel truss structure in jacking construction process of key members were analyzed,and then determine the jacking construction process of structural stress is reasonable,the beam is safe and reliable.(3)Developing Fuxian River Bridge Monitoring Scheme of pipe gallery and the number and position of strain monitoring points and alignment monitoring points are determined according to the force of the structure during the construction process,then provide the basis for the later data acquisition.(4)Fu County bridge pushing the process of strain acquisition structure,and will be transformed into the corresponding strain stress were compared with the theoretical value analysis,determine the stress state of the structure in incrementallaunching construction.(5)The steel truss continuous beam bridge to push the collection and analysis of the main steel truss steel truss deflection,slide deflection and vertical and longitudinal displacement of pier construction,the results are compared with theoretical calculation,evaluation of structural safety and feasibility.
