| With the development of space technology,the performance of the satellite stability and economy should be improved.In the satellite wiring process,the traditional wiring style can’t achieve the desired results,especially the problem of satellite cable assembly remaining too long is still unresolved.How to improve cabling standards,cable assembly precision and the payload of satellites is a very important research focus.During the design phase of satellite,the different designer can’t consider the actual state of the cable,such as,every cable has minimum bending angle.In the modeling process of satellite,modeling methods that the physical properties does not be considered in some CAD software have limitations.Cable deformation generated by the force of bending torque should be calculated in the cable modeling.From cable design to manufacturing,the technical proficiency of different technology staff leads to inconsistent precision in the cable assembly.In order to solve this subject of inaccurate assembly in the cabling process,this paper aims to research on the technology of cabling model standard checking and cable optimization.Firstly,the paper deeply analyses the engineering constraints,related factors which impact on the cable assembly,a rule database is established based on relevant design specification and standards,and the paper presents some appropriate checking algorithm,such as bend radius checking algorithm and plug checking algorithm.By checking the normative on cabling assembly,two kind of result output ways are introduced-interactive display and result reports which assist the designers view the blemish and make better the cabling assembly model.Secondly,considering cable assembly model which ignored physical properties of the cable in CAD software,the paper puts forward a new engineering application method based on energy optimization modeling,which aims to improve the accuracy of the cable assembly.For different constraint conditions,the paper uses different methods to solve the energy modeling,in which route control points can be recalculated.Finally,in the Visual Studio 2010 environment,using C++ programing language,the paper develops our program-BITCCHECK which can inspect the defect in the cabling assembly and optimize the cabling model. |
