An optimization design system of multi-rotor flight vehicle is designed in this paper,and this system can design a multi-rotor flight vehicle which can keep level flight for the longest time based on the given parameters and the optimization algorithm.Firstly,the composition of the proposed system and the characteristic of each subsystem of multi-rotor flight vehicle are studied,and a complete quality model and an aerodynamic model of multi-rotor flight vehicle are designed by using the mathematical modeling method which combines the mechanism analysis and data fitting method.In order to use the optimization design method on a multi-rotor flight vehicle,a mathematic model for optimization design and design variables are established.According to the range of design variables and the constraints,constraint conditions of variables are constructed.In the process of optimization,we get a solution of the objective function under the given design parameters by using sequence quadratic programming algorithm to maintain level flight time is the longest.Then we get the values of design variables and middle variables which have effect on the performance of multi-rotor flight vehicle.In order to verify the rationality and reliability of the design results from the optimization design system of multi-rotor flight vehicle,related experiment content and experiment platform are presented,and the design results are verified.Finally,the sensitivity to every parameter change of the longest time that multi-rotor flight vehicle keep level flight is tested,then we get the parameters that needs to be considered and cannot be changed,and the parameters which can't influence the time of flight and can be changed according to the needs in the process of designing a multi-rotor flight vehicle.Through the verification,the optimization design system of multi-rotor flight vehicle completed in this paper is reliable and practical.The design scheme from the proposed system can be used as a scientific experiment and production practice.
