Research On Duration Management In The Foundation Project Of Wuhan Command

At present,in order to ensure the smooth advancement and implementation of the project,the construction unit and the construction units need to do the coordination and preparation work in the construction process,and take the necessary management measures to promote the project,and coordinate the project construction from the construction period,safety,quality and cost.The period management is the most important factor for each owner.How to coordinate all aspects of the relationship,the completion of the project on schedule has become a research topic in each project construction process.In this paper,on the basis of the relevant theories,this article discusses the problems of the period management in the construction of A Project foundation project,and combines the theory and method of network optimization to discuss the period management of railway construction project.Firstly,this paper studies and discusses the applicability of the method of the Engineering management time optimization,and through the method of project duration management,optimizes the construction period of a railway key project,evaluates the optimized effect,and puts forward the opinions of scientific management duration.The research results are practical to improve the construction project's duration management.
