In recent years,with the development of highway construction in China,water damage,rutting,pan oil and other diseases of asphalt pavement appeared very ealy.If we do not pay enough attention on the asphalt pavement maintenance,the trouble will cause huge economic losses.In the "thirteen five" construction of the decisive stage,we need look for new development concepts to adapt to the trend of overhaul conservation.So far,although China has carried out on the asphalt pavement maintenance work,but it always lack of a scientific and standardized management model,the program which we do is mostly mixed with the subjective decision-makers or based on experience rather than experiment.How to specifically to identify the applicability of the program,and the actual production has a guiding significance,yet there was no conclusion.To a certain extent,this is one of the reasons why road repair can not break through the bottleneck.Jiangxi Li Wen highway is an very important part of the country's major high-speed arteries,for China's economically developed Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta region provides a sidewalk.Through the overhaul design of Li Wen highway,it can provide engineering basis for the overhaul of expressway in Jiangxi Province,which is of great practical significance to the study of overhaul design and scheme decision of asphalt pavement in Jiangxi Province.In this paper,combined with high-speed overhaul maintenance design of Li Wen highway,we mainly done a few research work.(1)Investigation of the original pavement design and conservation history of Li Wen expressway.Analysis of the original pavement design in the inherent deficiencies.Based on the statistical analysis of traffic data,the traffic composition and axle load characteristics of pear temperature are studied,and the traffic volume of Li Wen highway is predicted.(2)Investigation of the disease of Li Wen highway carefully,and carrying out a large number of indoor trials.This paper summarizes the main disease types of Li Wen highway and high speed road and analyzes the causes and mechanism of pavement disease on the expressway,which lays the foundation for the overhaul design of Li Wen highway.(3)On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the disease,Li Wen highway is divided into three sections,and the pavement material and overhaul design of Li Wen highway are optimized and compared.Finally,HPDS pavement design software is used to check the selected design scheme to ensure that the overhaul design meets the asphalt pavement design specification.(4)Giving some specific requirements for the raw materials,gradation and test indexes of the overhaul design,and proposing specific standards for the construction technology and quality control methods to ensure that the overhaul design meets the expected requirements.
