Research On Sustainable Strategy Of Nansha Gymnasium In Guangzhou Based On The Usage Feedback

With the vigorous development of the domestic sports industry,a large number of sports venues are built.As a high investment of public facilities,the sports venues,has a series of problems such as function single,lack of flexibility and adaptability,huge energy consumption,low utilization rate and so on over the years.Sustainable design strategy has a great significance and urgent requirements of long-term development for these large-scale public constructions,such as sports venues.The realization of the sustainable strategy to sports venues requires the integration of the following mentioned: the design of pre-sustainable strategies,the design phase of sustainable strategies and sustainable operation and maintenance after completion.The current sustainable researches of sports venues are more limited to the operation and maintenance stage,but lack of planning and designing to the system research.The realization of the sustainable goals to the sports venues needs to proceed from the initial aspects of planning decisions and design strategies.This paper researches according to the sustainable development of comprehensive sports venues in our country.Choosing the Nansha Stadium in Guangzhou as a research object,combining the designing and practicing of the Asia-Sporting-Engineering and research a part of the sustainable strategy of the design stage.This paper discusses the realization of sustainable strategy of the sports venues from the design decision stage to the using stage,reflects it to the designers and decision-making departments of the sports venues,puts forward the optimization suggestions for the current problems and explores the sustainable design methods of the stadiums.It provides a reference to the future design,construction and sustainable development to the same type of stadium.This paper is divided into three parts,five chapters:The first part is the first chapter,for the introductory part.It introduces the researching background and the present situation,purpose,meaning,object and method and so on,and puts forward the framework of this paper from the perspective of theory and practice.The second part is the second chapter,which is the theoretical preparation part of this paper.It describes the specific content of sustainable design strategy of Nansha Stadium,including the starting point,basic principles and main contents.What's more it introduces the basic information,analyzes the specific application of sustainable strategy,and lays a theoretical foundation for the following.The third part is the third and fourth chapters,which is the main research and conclusion part of this paper.The third chapter is the study of the flexible design strategy of Nansha Stadium based on the using feedback,including the study of space design and facility utilization;The fourth chapter is the study of intensive and sustainable design strategies based on the using feedback on Nansha Stadium,including the study of natural lighting and natural ventilation.Based on the using feedback,this paper studies the early stage of the sustainable strategies adopted in Nansha Stadium,and obtains the conclusions of the realization of these sustainable strategies.What's more,the optimization suggestions were put forward for the current problems.Finally,it summarizes some suggestions for the designs of the comprehensive gymnasium on sustainable design strategy,providing a reference for future design and construction of the same type sports venues...
