With the rapid development of economy,industrial boiler is widely used in all fields of national economy as a kind of thermal equipment,and coal-fired boilers occupy a large proportion.This type of boiler not only has high energy consumption,but also has great pollution to the environment,which is in conflict with the concept of sustainable development of energy conservation and environmental protection.Therefore,the energy-saving reconstruction of industrial boilers is particularly important for the development of thermal energy industry.This paper is based on the industrial boiler renovation project,through the investigation of the boiler enterprises running situation in the actual process,the influence of the factors on boiler efficiency and the necessity of the energy-saving reconstruction of industrial boilers are analyzed,then the process and method of making further reform are formulated.The improved boiler system reduces pollution to the environment,improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler system,and improves the economic benefits of the enterprise.At the same time,it also takes account of the overall safety of the boiler system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,the unstable operation,low thermal efficiency,large heat loss and other critical factors are analyzed.Then the waste heat utilization rate and thermal efficiency are calculated and analyzed through the measured data.Finally,the technical scheme and process flow of boiler energy-saving are determined;(2)The process of the workshop and exchanging station discharge water and cooling oil are reconstructed respectively.For internal structure of boiler,air preheater,cyclone separator and wind system are transformed in the structure and process.The thermal analysis of the interior of the furnace,the wall and the pipe of the furnace are carried out,and the energy-saving are carried out by means of heat preservation and so on.(3)According to the thermal parameters after waste heat recovery,the energy efficiency test and result analysis of the reformed boiler system are carried out,and the boiler thermal efficiency analysis,economic analysis and safety analysis are carried out,this makes all the workshop waste heat can be recycled more than 90%,the energy saving rate can be more than 20%.The research achievement of this paper has a good guiding significance and application value for energy saving technical improvement of industrial boiler.
