Research And Application Of Key Technologies For Intelligent Substation Of MV Distribution Network

The distribution station is an important part of power distribution,convergence and distribution of the distribution network.And the intelligent power distribution station is an important part of strong smart grid construction.The increasing demand of distribution network power supply,distributed power access and other issues make the distribution network structure more complex and the operation control more complex.The upgrade of the distribution station technology is imperative.On the other hand,with the development of science and technology,integrated technology,sensor technology and communication technology are increasingly mature,which also provide technical support for the intelligent upgrade of the regular distribution station.With the strong construction of China's strong smart grid,more and more conventional power distribution stations need to be intelligent to adapt to the future development of the power system.Based on the above background,this paper mainly discusses the key technology of intelligent transformation of the medium voltage distribution station.First of all,this paper introduces the development of distribution stations in China and the development of intelligent distribution station in the profound background and significance.Several basic forms of electrical wiring and the main equipment in the China's medium voltage distribution station are introduced in detail.And then the importance of the intelligent distribution station is analyzed from the aspects of China's intelligence power system development,power market reform and a large number of distributed power access.Then,the widely used IEC61850 standard is introduced in detail,as well as shortdistance wireless communication technology,the new sensor technology and the advanced application technology of the distribution station.Among them,the integration design of distribution station,dynamic reactive power control technology,and comprehensive analysis of fault information,intelligent alarm and intelligent control of the distribution station are described and researched in detail.Based on this,an intelligent transformation program of the medium voltage distribution station is put forward.The program configures the original power equipment with intelligent components and integrates the one,the second equipment in the station.It constructs a three-tier network structure,which is the intelligent components-communication management machine-the monitoring host,and also builds a sub-station information platform to achieve the distribution station monitoring,control and protection,information management and other rational allocation,which reachs the initial realization of the distribution station intelligent.Combined with the 10 kV power distribution station in Shanghai: "Intelligent-remote monitoring system" project,this paper finally introduces the design and manufacture of the relevant intelligent components and intelligent transformation of the distribution stations.The practical experience in engineering of the project is summed up for the following full implementation of the intelligent transformation of the distribution stations.
